User and advertisementindia.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, only.

29. The failure of advertisementindia.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in this agreement provisions, and the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

30. User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the these Terms & Conditions must be filed within Six (6) months after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

31. That all disputes arising out of this agreement or in respect of the scope, interpretation, or rights or obligations of any of the parties the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, U.P. only.
